$650 per night (5 nights minimum)
Stays longer than one week are at a discounted daily rate.
Last minute discounts within 1 month of arrival.
Rates are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation.
Payments
Payments are by Zelle bank transfer, Venmo, credit card through PayPal, or by check.
Booking Please note: Because of the uncertainty surrounding Covid-19, I am implementing a lenient payment/refund policy. Please contact me for details.
Tentative reservations may be made through e-mail
•50% due within 1 week of tentative reservation, with remaining 50% due 60 days in advance of arrival.
•100% due upon booking if reservation is made less than 60 days of arrival.
Damage/ Security Deposit
$500 refundable deposit or $59 non-refundable renter insurance. The deposit may be sent with the final payment.
